Zinc Plating
Trivalent chromium electroplating is the most basic surface treatment process, that is, zinc coating on the surface of metals, alloys or other materials is also the most representative of product diversification.
Zinc-nickel alloy plating

Ceramic Plating

Professional galvanizing production equipment that complies with ROHS and qualified materials (does not contain hexavalent chromium)

PRODUCTIONLINE FACILITIES

X-Ray Film thickness detector

The energy of X-rays is used to excite the metal elements in the test object, so that it produces characteristic fluorescent X-rays, and the thickness of the metal coating is calculated by the intensity of the fluorescent light detected by the detector. It is a non-destructive and fast detection method.

Neutral salt spray test machine(NSS)

Test Specification:ASTM B117/ ISO 9227
Salt spray test is an environmental test that mainly uses artificial comparative salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray test equipment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. For example, in the 24-hour salt spray test (NSS), it is approximately equal to 120 days of coastal days, and the number of days of natural exposure to the environment in a year.

AAAtomic Absorption Spectrometer

The ion concentration of the electroplating solution is checked by an atomic absorption spectrometer to confirm that the ion concentration in the electroplating solution is within the control range and achieve the quality management of electroplating。

Hydrogen embrittlement furnace

After electroplating, the workpiece is baked at a constant temperature to expel atomic hydrogen to prevent hydrogen embrittlement. For commonly used galvanized components, it is generally carried out in an oven with a fan at a constant temperature of 200°C for 2-8 hours, depending on customer needs.
